This week starts the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. It is a time when Muslims seek God through fasting and prayer. To many, it is just ritual. To some, it is a time of sincerely seeking God, and of genuine introspection and prayer.
God tells us that those who genuinely seek Him will find Him, IF they seek Him with their whole heart. I have heard many stories of Muslims who were sincerely seeking God only to have Jesus reveal Himself to them. Many recount stories of Jesus appearing to them in their dreams. Others tell of asking God to reveal Himself, only to find that they are then approached by an evangelist or missionary sharing the Gospel with them.
Dreams and visions are the work of the Holy Spirit, but our work is to pray! We believe in and serve a God who answers prayers. In fact, He may be waiting on your prayer to move in someone's life. That is a humbling thought, isn't it? Is it possible that your prayers will result in Jesus revealing Himself to a Muslim as they seek God during this time of Ramadan? I believe it is. Pray for Muslims to find Jesus this month!

Pray that Jesus will reveal Himself to Muslims who are seeking God.
Pray that God will put men and women in their path to show them the love of Christ.
Pray that Christians will be bold to share the Gospel.
Pray that Muslims will encounter the powerful Word of God, preferably in their heart language.
Finally, pray that God will give you an opportunity to show the love of Christ and to tell of His goodness and grace to Muslims in your town!
